30-day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your UPWalker we will refund you the purchase price and shipping and handling charges if incurred at the time of purchase. Return authorization must be made within 30 days of receipt. The unit must be in original “like new” condition and not damaged in any way. The cost of shipping the returned product will be the responsibility of the customer and the return may be subject to a $65 restocking charge. Some restrictions apply.
